Concrete Services

Solid work. Clean finish.
Built to code.

Residential and commercial concrete — driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps, and heavy-duty flatwork. Poured right the first time.

Residential

Concrete that looks great and lasts.

Whether you need a new concrete driveway, a set of front steps, a backyard patio, or sidewalk replacement, we handle it from demolition to pour to finishing. Every job gets broom-textured finish for traction, properly spaced control joints to manage cracking, and full curing time — no shortcuts.

We coordinate with landscapers, fence companies, and other trades when needed. John has done this for decades and knows how to make sure your concrete integrates cleanly with the rest of your property.

Commercial

Heavy-duty flatwork built to spec.

Commercial concrete needs a thicker pour, a heavier aggregate base, and finishing that holds up under real-world traffic. We build to meet local code requirements and engineer every slab for the load it needs to carry.

From loading docks and commercial walkways to ADA-compliant ramps and entryways, we handle the full scope — including permits, inspections, and coordination with your project timeline.

  • Heavy-duty commercial flatwork
  • Thicker aggregate base for heavy loads
  • Commercial-grade finishing
  • Local code compliance & ADA

Our Process

How It Works

1

Free Estimate & Site Visit

We assess the site, discuss your needs, and provide a transparent, no-pressure quote.

2

Demo & Excavation

Old concrete is removed and hauled away. The site is excavated and graded for proper drainage.

3

Base & Forming

Aggregate base is compacted. Forms are set to ensure clean edges and the correct slab thickness.

4

Pour & Finish

Concrete is poured, leveled, broom-textured for traction, and control joints are cut to manage cracking.

5

Curing & Cleanup

Full curing time is observed. Forms are removed, the site is cleaned, and John inspects the finished work.

★★★★★

"John was particularly outstanding — he worked closely with our landscaper to ensure the new driveway flowed seamlessly with the surrounding layout. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free."
