Our Story
J&J Pavement Repairs was founded in 1982 by John Pancorvo Sr. — built on a simple idea: do quality work, treat people honestly, and the reputation takes care of itself.
Forty years later, his son John Pancorvo Jr. carries that same commitment forward. The company is still family-run, still headquartered in Arlington Heights, and still serving many of the same communities where it started — now with a perfect 5-star Google rating and an A+ BBB rating with zero complaints to show for it.
